Rising gently, the base provides access to the spacious storage system created by the bed frame. The large drawer can be used to store seasonal blankets or extra bedding sets. But such mechanisms also have disadvantages - the base of the bed in this case is not ventilated, which means that the lower part of the mattress also loses air.
